Ebon Moss-Bachrach is an American actor celebrated for his versatile roles across television and film. Born in Amherst, Massachusetts, on March 19, 1977, he is the son of Renee Moss and Eric Bachrach, who runs a music school in Springfield, Massachusetts. 

Ebon attended Amherst Regional High School and graduated from Columbia University with a degree in English Literature. His early passion for theater steered him toward a career that spans drama, comedy, and action. 

He gained widespread recognition for his work as Desi Harperin in HBO’s Girls and as David Lieberman in Marvel’s The Punisher. His Emmy-winning performance as Richard “Richie” Jerimovich in FX’s hit series The Bear has further cemented his status as a dynamic performer. 

In addition to starring in NOS4A2 and appearing in Andor, he is poised to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Ben Grimm/The Thing in the upcoming film The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
